1:1 development is particularly valuable for key people in organisations: business owners, managers, high-potentials, or new recruits. In any of these situations people can find their performance affected by dealing with transitions. This kind of workplace coaching is normally carried out face-to-face with timescales matching the requirements of the sponsoring business.

A typical programme of personal coaching will consist of four to six one-hour telephone sessions spread over three to six months. Working by telephone is highly effective and manages costs. Face-to-face coaching can also be arranged if required.
Facilitation and coaching are interrelated disciplines and call on many of the same skills and experience. I offer faciliation and team coaching in the following areas: project initiation, team awaydays, planning and problem-solving sessions. These can be single sessions or complete programmes for intact teams or professional communities.
Personal and organisational transition is my business. Successful, significant and lasting change in organisations comes about through focusing both on the end point - the big picture - and focusing relentlessly on the motivation of individuals. I have experience in all stages of change management - design, planning, and delivery - and work with a network of likeminded consultants on larger projects.
